Who we are
$pipeline ("$pipeline," "we," "us") is operated by Money Pipeline, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 826 Expressway Lane PMB 426, Spanish Fork, UT 84660, United States. Phone: (385) 200-9500. Contact: support@moneypipeline.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What $pipeline is
$pipeline is a financial organization and insight tool. It connects (read-only) to your financial accounts, categorizes your transactions, projects your cash flow, and helps you prepare and understand your tax picture. It is a software service, a way to see and organize your own money.
Not financial, tax, or investment advice
$pipeline is not a financial advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, accountant, or tax-preparation professional, and nothing in the service is personalized financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Projections, estimates, and suggestions are informational, are generated from the data you connect, and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for your own financial and tax decisions, and for the accuracy and filing of your own tax returns. Consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We connect to your financial institutions through Plaid Inc.on a read-only basis and cannot move your money; your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use $pipelineto break the law, infringe others' rights, access accounts that aren't yours, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, scrape it, or attempt to defeat its security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content & data
Your financial data is yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any institution or delete your account and data at any time from in-app settings.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available."We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection or estimate is accurate. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or retire parts of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Pipeline, Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Utah County, Utah, and you and $pipeline waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where such a waiver is unenforceable. Either party may still seek relief in small-claims court for qualifying claims.
Changes
We'll post updates to this page and date them. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
